How the platform handles account and messaging information.
Scope and contact
This policy describes information processed by the ResalaHub website and Android companion app. Contact info@resalahub.com with privacy questions.
Information processed
The service processes account and workspace details, linked phone numbers and SIM information, connection credentials, device check-ins, messaging content and delivery records, chatbot answers, internal follow-up notes, usage records and security logs. These can include senders, recipients, timestamps and IP addresses.
Android SMS access
With your permission, the Android app sends SMS through your SIM and synchronizes incoming messages when enabled. Incoming messages may contain private information or verification codes. Only connect a phone you are authorized to manage. You can revoke permissions in Android settings or disconnect the phone.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, connect messaging channels, submit and synchronize messages, run configured chatbots, show delivery and customer-response history, enforce package allowances and investigate service or security issues.
Service providers
Operating the service involves messaging gateways, mobile carriers, hosting services and Firebase Cloud Messaging for device notifications. Information needed for delivery and operation is processed by those providers. Contact info@resalahub.com for questions about the providers processing your information.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses session cookies to keep you signed in and browser storage for preferences such as language. Signing out ends your browser session; clearing browser storage may reset preferences.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion disables workspace access, sessions and API keys but does not automatically erase all stored records. For an erasure request, email info@resalahub.com and identify your account; do not include passwords or API keys.
Your controls
You can update account details, change permissions, disconnect channels and revoke API keys. Contact info@resalahub.com to request access to or correction of personal information and to discuss deletion. Requests may require verification of your authority over the account.
Spam and bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to protect contact, login and registration forms from spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals to verify visitors. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
