Solutions

What people send with it

One-time passcodes

The single most common use. Low latency, from a number the recipient recognises, with delivery confirmed before you time out the login.

Order and delivery updates

Dispatch notices, driver arrival, delivery confirmation. Replies land in your webhook so a customer answering "where is it?" reaches a person.

Appointment reminders

Clinics, workshops and service bookings. Quiet hours are enforced automatically, so a 2am reminder never goes out by accident.

Internal alerts

Monitoring, approvals and on-call escalation. Messages that must arrive even when the recipient has no data connection.

Channels

Email, WhatsApp and SMS.
One workspace.

One contact record, one API, and consent tracked separately per channel — because permission to text is not permission to message on WhatsApp.

SMS Live

An Android phone you already own becomes the sending gateway. Messages go out over your SIM, on your normal plan.

  • Send from your own number
  • Replies route to your webhook
  • Add phones to raise throughput
  • Battery and signal reported live

WhatsApp Live

Link your business number the same way you link WhatsApp Web. Send notifications and take replies in one thread.

  • Delivery and read receipts
  • Media, documents and templates
  • Two-way conversation history
  • Opt-in enforced before sending

Email

Connect your sending domain, verify your sender and manage email templates and suppression lists.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup
  • Email templates and message history
  • Bounce and complaint suppression
  • Verified sender addresses

Fast, clean API integration

ResalaHub fits the stack you already have. Libraries for the languages people actually use here, and documentation that shows the failure cases, not only the happy path.

Credentials, ready to drop in

Not every project needs an SDK. Create a scoped key, copy it once, and paste it into whatever you are building — a cron script, an ERP hook, an n8n node.

Keys are shown once and stored as hashes. If one leaks, you revoke and reissue rather than hunting for where it was logged.

Monitor. Control. Deliver.

Visibility into every message, every device and every webhook — so when something does go wrong, you find it in a minute rather than a morning.

Real-time activity

Review saved SMS submissions and delivery states in your workspace.

Device health

Battery, signal, carrier and heartbeat for every paired phone. You find out the gateway is down before your customers do.

Queue and retries

Nothing is sent inline. Failures retry on a different device, and you can see exactly how deep the queue is at any moment.

Webhook delivery log

Response code, duration and body excerpt for every attempt, with manual replay when your endpoint was the thing that broke.

Consent and suppression

STOP and its Arabic equivalents suppress a contact automatically, per channel, and the suppression cannot be silently overridden.

Roles and audit log

Six roles from owner to analyst. Every privileged change is recorded with actor, IP and timestamp, and cannot be edited after the fact.

Pricing

Choose a plan that fits your workflow

Your carrier already charges you for messages. We charge for the platform around them — so volume does not punish you.

Platform features and usage limits depend on your plan. SMS requires your own Android phone and SIM. Carrier charges and limits apply separately. See the current pricing page for trial terms and included usage.

Allowances count what passes through the platform. What your carrier charges for the messages themselves is between you and your carrier.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT

Know what each channel needs

Email

A verified sender and correctly configured domain records. Authentication and sender reputation affect delivery.

WhatsApp

A connected WhatsApp number and recipient consent. Account restrictions and platform terms still apply.

SMS

A compatible Android phone, SIM and internet connection. Your carrier’s charges, fair-use limits and device availability apply.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

No. Any Android phone with an ordinary plan works. Most people use a spare handset left plugged in on a desk.

Carriers apply fair-use limits to consumer SIMs. ResalaHub caps each device at 12 messages a minute and 1,200 a day by default, but your carrier’s terms and limits still apply.

Push a single SIM hard enough and any carrier will act — so scale by adding phones, not by raising the cap.

Messages stay queued and route to another online device if you have one. Check message status in the dashboard before retrying; delivery depends on device connectivity and the recipient network.

It uses WhatsApp's own linked-device feature, the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web. You still need consent from every recipient.

Unsolicited messaging gets numbers banned quickly, and no platform can protect you from that — so opt-in is enforced before a message will send.

That is the point. Messages come from the number already in the phone, so replies arrive where you expect and recipients recognise the sender.

Email sending is available through verified senders, SMTP and API integration. Configure your domain records and sender before sending. Delivery depends on authentication, sender reputation and the recipient mail service.
