Connect your website with SMTP
Open Email → Domains → Manage → SMTP → Generate new user. Copy the generated password; it is shown only once.

WordPress and other websites
Choose your website’s custom SMTP option, enter the settings above, enable authentication, and send a test email. Set the envelope sender / return path to the same verified From address.
Manage access
Pause stops the user from sending. Reset credentials generates a new password: update every website using that SMTP user. Delete permanently revokes the user.
Limits and status
Messages support text and HTML, up to 1 MB and 20 recipients, subject to your package limits. Attachments are not supported. A successful SMTP response means your message is queued; check Email history for its processing status. Acceptance by Postal does not confirm inbox delivery.
